This is your PDF ticket to the live Scout Animal Embodiment course happening this summer via Zoom on Tuesdays at 10am PT.  Each class will run for 75 minutes and the whole course will run for 8 weeks.  Combining animal forms, parkour, internal martial arts, and tactical movement we will unlock the capacity to move more smoothly and effortlessly with and through nature.
