Green 1st Aid: A Free Talk with Liz Neves and Nate Summers
In this free talk starting at 9am PT (Saturday Sept 7th), Liz and I will be discussing some of the most useful plants for 1st Aid situations. This is a great opportunity to learn about easy to find and use plants for common 1st aid conditions and even emergencies. Each of us will share some of our favorite and most useful herbs that we work with regularly and apply to ourselves and our families! We'll also be discussing our upcoming Deep Green Medicine: Wildcrafting a Natural Pharmacy Program.

Nate Summers is the author of Primal: Why We Long to Be Wild and Free and Awakening Fire: The Essential Guide to Flame, Ignition, and Wood. Nate has served as a faculty member at the Wilderness Awareness School, the Desert Institute of Healing Arts, and the Asian Institute of Medical Studies. He practiced Chinese Medicine in a clinical setting for over 10 years and has taught survival skills, ethnobotany, herbal medicine and natural movement to people all over the country and all over the world.
